Shipping Policy
Everything ships from our studio in El Paso, Texas.
Processing time
One-time shop orders and membership deliveries are packed and dispatched within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend leave on the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Standard US delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
Shipping costs
Standard US shipping is free on shop orders. Membership tiers include the shipping benefit listed on the membership card before checkout.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or a refund.
